You want published stack weights, or a smaller footprint than 53" x 54" (plate-loaded).
The plate-loaded version uses weight plates you already own, which is how it gets under $1,000. You can add stacks later; the stack version is $1,799.99. With a 2:1 ratio, the handle feels about half the weight loaded, and the cable moves twice as far, which suits fast, full-range movements.
Bells of Steel doesn't state the stack sizes on the page, so we can't tell you the heaviest setting. The pulleys adjust to 16 heights, fewer than the REP Arcadia's 32 but enough for most exercises.
