Rogue fans who want a US-made 3x3" steel bench and don't need decline.
You want decline work, a wide pad, or the best value; REP's AB-5200 2.0 does more for less.
The frame is 3x3" 11-gauge steel, the same as many power racks, and it weighs 125 lb. It ships flat and bolts together; you'll need a 3/4" wrench or socket and a 7/32" hex key. Rogue doesn't publish a weight rating, which is unusual at this price.
The back pad has ten positions from flat to 85°, and the seat has three. There's no decline. The pad is 52" long and 11.25" wide (11" in the textured version), narrower than the 12–14" pads on REP's benches.
