You plan to lift heavy or want precise J-cup and safety heights.
The PR-1100 uses 2x2" 14-gauge steel. That's noticeably thinner than the 11-gauge steel on REP's own PR-4000 or Rogue's R-3. The holes are 1" across and 3" apart, so you get fewer height choices for your J-cups and safeties, which matters most for bench press.
It's compact (44" x 24" working area inside) and REP ships it free with customs covered, which keeps the all-in price predictable. If those matter more to you than heavy lifting, it does the job. For most people, the Bells of Steel Residential rack gives more rack for less.
