You want everything in the box to train safely on day one, or you live in Canada, Alaska or Hawaii.
The T-3 comes with J-hooks and pull-up bars but no safeties. Titan sells pin-and-pipe safeties as an accessory, and you shouldn't bench or squat alone in a rack without them. That's why our Builder never picks this rack on its own, and why its safety score is low. Add the safeties to your cart and the T-3 becomes a sensible rack.
The uprights are 2x3" 11-gauge steel with 11/16" holes, the same size class as Rogue's R-3. Hole spacing tightens to 1" through the bench and clean-pull zones (Westside spacing), so you can set your J-hooks and safeties exactly where you need them. Holes on the sides of the uprights, 6" apart, take Titan's attachments.
Two heights (82" or 91") and two depths (24" or 36" inside) make four versions. The 82" rack's pull-up bar sits at 78", so it suits basements; the 91" version gives more room for pull-ups. The 36" depth adds space to step back and room for storage, at the cost of 12" more floor.
Titan ships free in the lower 48 states, but racks over 150 lb go by freight, delivered to the curb, and some freight orders carry a handling fee. Titan doesn't ship to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii; our product page lists ways Canadians can still get it.
